Simulations of realistic projects from CAMMP™ workshop participants

The case studies covered in Volume 2 and 3 can be classified as learners’ case studies since learners of CAMMP™ led the projects. In both cases, the individuals were also new to project management, i.e., they were not trained project managers. However, in both case studies, those individuals were SUKAD employees/interns, respectively.

In this e-book, we shift the focus to learners from our clients’ organizations or classes. These might not be actual projects but simulations of realistic projects that our workshop participants worked on during the learning engagement. We will publish these simulations with the consent of the individuals involved. At this time, we envision two or three simulations, but we might end up with more, which would mean splitting this e-book and adding more volumes to the series.
