Book Overview

This volume is an actual case study. The case is the project of writing a book, Redefining the Basics of Project Management. We used CAMMP™ as the methodological approach to writing a book that we had self-published. In other words, we treated the writing of a book as a project. It is worth noting that some practitioners might consider writing a book, not a project, especially if we limit the work to the actual writing, a single person sitting and writing. However, as this case study will show, writing a book is indeed a project, we label it as a Micro Project, and we can use CAMMP™ on these limited resources and duration projects.
